The best way to reach us is by email: hello@whatsgoingaway.com. A person reads every message. Replies usually take a few days.

What to write to us about

• A date or fact that's wrong or out of date. Tell us which page, what it says, and where you read otherwise. These get looked at first.
• A change that should be on the list. Something with a date, being switched off, that people rely on. A link to the announcement helps.
• Something on the site that's hard to read or use, on your phone, computer or printer.

What we can't do

We can't look into your own account, phone line, benefits or prescriptions, and we can't contact a company for you. For those, contact the company directly through its own website, typed in yourself, or the number on your bill, card or letter.

Please don't send

Passwords, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or anything else you'd keep private. We will never ask for them, and we will never phone you or ask you to pay for anything. Anyone who claims to be from this site and does is not us.
